- 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a pro-rated refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided after the 7-day window
- Pro-rated Refunds: We offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods, and you can request a full refund if you have not used any credits
- Eligible: Credit packages purchased within the last 7 days
- Ineligible: Credit packages purchased more than 7 days ago
- Expired Credits: Expired credits are not refundable under any circumstances
To place a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Brief reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- We will contact you via email with our decision
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests may be flagged for review)
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your plan features until the period ends
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
